Elize de Witt Properties is a proudly South African Real Estate Company, and have been serving clients in the residential property market since 1993. Our focus is on sales and rentals, as well as the management of residential property.

Elize De Witt Properties is based in the beautiful coastal holiday town of Strand. We however operate all over the Western Cape, with our focus being the Helderberg (Strand, Somerset West and Gordon’s Bay) as well as surrounding Stellenbosch and Kuils River.
With our focus on residential properties – we specialize in the marketing of new developments, often offering the astute investor the chance to purchase before a project is released to the general market. We are able to offer an encompassing service - from a comprehensive rental division to eventual resale of your property.
