Kuilsrivier

Kuils River form part of the vast Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Taking its name from the river, it has developed from a small town on the south-eastern outskirts of Bellville, to the sprawling conglomerate of suburbs it is today.

The area has seen massive expansion over the last decade or two, as more and more families find the central location and affordable living attractive. Stellenbosch is an easy drive to the south and the N2 and R300 gives easy access to the rest of the City.

The mainstay of properties here consists of suburban homes, and depending on where in the area, properties range from the early hundred thousand Rands and up to R3 million and more. It is still possible to purchase a decent family home here for under 1,5 million.
